SURRENDER
by Jane Murphy
Timeless and formless, the Somnolent soul Sinks in surrender to Limitless fathoms of Blackness and silence, a Bottomless hole, Yielding, accepting Whatever befall. Downside is upside and Upside is down in this Emptiness full of what Is not at all. Numinous fantasies Rise and recede, Luminous visions of Faces and places, Peculiar events and Improbable deeds. Blind and confined amid Morphing tableaux, Endlessly wondering, Aimlessly wandering, Lost in a mystery Nobody knows, Blessed in the glow of a Star’s secret beams, Deep in obscurity, Steeping for purity, Sleep in security, Shrouded in dreams.
